SELF RELIANT

“Just as treasures are uncovered from the earth, so virtue appears from good deeds, and wisdom appears from a pure and peaceful mind. To walk safely through the maze of human life, one needs the light of wisdom and the guidance of virtue.”

A self reliant person is one who is more active, competent, creative, independent.  Self reliance is the practice of being dependent only on themselves. A self reliance person is who able to think and function independently, he can solve his problems rather than worries about them in any situation. Such a person would rely on his own ideas, judgement rarely consulting or taking advice from others.

The aim of self-sufficiency and the preparedness mindset is a high quality of life, no matter what the future holds. To not just survive, but to thrive in the face of an uncertain future.  The person should take all responsibilities of livelihood of the whole family, not to getting frightened under responsibilities.  The day men become self-dependent i.e. Independent of social burdens their lives will improve a lot rather than leading a dependent  life many persons are currently leading. A person should avoid wrong and unnatural way of living, sometimes strong  likes and dislikes, anger, avarice,  which create disharmony among family member and also in the society, the verbal, physical, emotional, mental and financial abuse of men and all of this is happening because it is easy to trap a man as he follows a dependent life running after the desires of the mind, running after the illusion of mind. For us the imperative is liberty. Pursuit of self-reliance should not driven by fear, but by a yearning for liberty and self-empowerment. Fear can motivate, but it can also sow confusion, uncertainty, discouragement. We prepare to self-determine our lives and to empower our offspring and successors to do the same. We believe that producing for yourself more of what you need and your immediate community needs is a psychologically healthy, fosters a responsible relationship with your community, and manifests positive environmental stewardship. So we should  develop firm faith in themselves (or in Guru), and patience in your self to get good solution to your problems, As is wisely said by someone “Nothing can bring you peace but yourself. Nothing can bring you peace but the triumph of principles”. If a man makes a firm resolve to achieve his or her goal and works towards it wholeheartedly, he or she is almost certain to achieve success.
