“To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him. “

Health is the most primary aspect of life. Persons suffering from severe diseases cannot enjoy life fully. The disease affects our mental state, health, wealth and happiness of our life. Many people are not cautious enough about their health. Many people are not aware that their present lifestyle and wrong nutrition habits may adversely affect their health. It is very important to be cautious about health and adopt general remedial measures, one needs to take great care to remain healthy, health can be maintained by eating good nutritious food.

1- If you work most of the time away from the nature of an air-conditional room (for computerized work), you will suffer diseases, So have some brisk walk in the morning (better not to talk while walking) to have good sun rays on your body in a good environment and do some work physically ( to maintain body activity ) or exercise regularly ),

2- Always talk less which is very essential for you and speak only which is essential, if you do not observe this principle and talk more you will lose your energy as well as it affects your health also, Remember health is Wealth,

3- if you can observe fast occasionally or frequently it is always good for health because our belly is the machine, the machine requires oil and rest.

4- do not worry at all, keep yourself busy. Do always something useful, do your best and leave the rest to God.  Pray a god or guru daily to whom you may have faith,

5- take simple, light, nutritious food,  if possible, take a light meal at night, so avoid eating too much food at night (after sunset ), and eat to live,

  • Pray for your food. Food is life & energy. Prayer raises the life energy in your food. Give thanks to the God for your food.
  • You are the best, you deserve the best.  Eat better, don’t settle for cheap junk food. There is no lack or limitation in your life. Invest in your health by purchasing the highest quality of organic, local, natural foods you can buy.
  • FOOD should not BE FAST. SLOW FOOD IS THE BEST.
  • Ask yourself: Is there a healthy snack I can eat instead of junk food? Is this food ultimately causing wellness or disease?
  • Concentrate on your food; don’t talk while you’re eating; eat slowly— chew each bite thoroughly.
  • Your diet should consist of mostly fruits and vegetables. You need these foods daily. Fruit and vegetable salads should be a part of your daily food intake.
  • If you are hungry & have a craving for sweets, junk food, fattening foods, alcohol, snack foods, etc., evaluate your emotions and reasons for craving. Be still! Listen to your body’s nutritional demands.

6- Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night. 

7- you should have sound sleep at the proper time, avoid untimely and excessive sleep, sleep is nature’s tonic for a healthy life, without a sufficiency of sleep, you will have no efficiency,

8- the root cause of many diseases are worried, sorrow, obstinacy, hatred, greed, lust and anger,

Tips to stay active and healthy

One must maintain happiness.

Walk as much as possible. Whenever you are walking try to focus on long strides and quicker than normal pace.

Make exercise a habit You may work out an exercise pattern blending in well with your work schedule. Walk up the stairs Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk up the stairs as quickly as you can. For a little variation, try slowing down and taking two stairs at a time to further strengthen your legs. Be active at work During breaks at work, walk the stairs, walk around the building or walk down the halls. Find any type of activity that keeps you moving during your break (you can sit at your desk and relax after the break!) Stand instead of sitting Whenever possible, stand instead of sitting. Even standing still will burn more calories than sitting. Avoid TV remotes Do not use the TV remote. Make a habit to get up from your seat, engage all your leg muscles, and walk over to change the channel on the TV. Exaggerate your movements When cleaning house, exaggerate your movements and make them big. Wash windows with a rag and make big arm circles and up and down movements. When cleaning, switch hands every so often to give your arms and body equal time on each side. Make long, rhythmic movements with the cleaner to get the heart rate up. Gardening Plant a garden and work in it during the spring and summer. Gardening will involve your body in a whole range of movements and helps you in relaxing as well. Spend quality time

If you have children or grandchildren, spend some quality time playing with them in the garden in the fresh air.

Yoga and meditation There can be some more of such activities like yoga and meditation varying amongst individuals and can be worked out as the idea is to remain active and boost up your energy level. Some guidelines to remain healthy,

Answer the phone by the LEFT ear.
Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.

Do not take pills with COOL water. Do not have HUGE meals after 5 pm. Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume. Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS. Do not use headphones/earphone for a LONG period of time. Best sleeping time is from 10 pm at night to 6 am in the morning. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping. Drink water immediately after waking up every morning on an empty stomach. If you remember any of the thought after waking up from the sleep in the morning then you may enjoy every day as a Good Day

If someone is rude if someone is impatient if someone is unkindI will not respond in a like manner.

2. TODAY I WILL ASK GOD TO BLESS MY “ENEMY”:

If I come across someone who treats me harshly or unfairly, I will quietly ask God to bless that individual. I understand the “enemy” could be a family member, neighbour, co-worker, or a stranger

3. TODAY I WILL BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT I SAY:

I will carefully choose and guard my words being certain that I do not spread gossip.

4. TODAY I WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE:

I will find ways to help share the burden of another person.

5. TODAY I WILL FORGIVE:

I will forgive any hurts or injuries that come my way.

6. TODAY I WILL DO SOMETHING NICE FOR SOMEONE, BUT I WILL NOT DO IT SECRETLY:

I will reach out anonymously and bless the life of another.

7. TODAY I WILL TREAT OTHERS THE WAY I WISH TO BE TREATED:

I will practice the golden rule – “Do unto others as I would have them do unto me” – with everyone I encounter.

8. TODAY I WILL RAISE THE SPIRITS OF SOMEONE I DISCOURAGED:

My smile, my words, my expression of support, can make the difference to someone who is wrestling life.

9. TODAY I WILL NURTURE MY BODY:

I will eat less; I will eat only healthy foods. I will thank God for my body.

10. TODAY I WILL GROW SPIRITUALLY:

I will spend a little more time in prayer today: I will begin reading something spiritual or inspirational today; I will find a quiet place (at some point during the day)!
